General

The online store sells products to individual consumers.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of orders and deliveries as well as prices. All prices of the products include value-added tax. All prices are in euros.

Ordering

Products are ordered through the website by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the purchase at the online store’s checkout. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions as well as the prices of the products. When placing an order, the customer must provide an email address to which the order confirmation will be sent. The order confirmation will include the ordered products and the price.

Payment

The online store operates on a platform provided by Payhip, where payment transactions are processed by Stripe Payments Europe. For purchases made through Payhip, Stripe Payments Europe acts as the payment intermediary, supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland. Stripe Payments Europe accepts major credit cards as payment methods. Upon purchase, you will automatically receive a receipt from Stripe Payments Europe Limited at katarina@katarinaesko.com.

The contract is formed between the customer and the online store. It is the responsibility of the online store to deliver the products within the framework of these terms and conditions.

Shipping

Digital products and services can be purchased from the online store. Digital products include e-books, workbooks in e-book format and subscription-based premium email membership. In the online store provided by Payhip, products are delivered directly to the customer’s email. Digital services include webinars, individual and group coaching sessions, and online courses. When purchasing a webinar, the customer will receive a link to access the online material (e.g., private lecture content on YouTube) by clicking the link. When purchasing an online course, the customer will receive either login information for the online course platform, a link to access the online material, or material is provided via email. When purchasing individual or group coaching sessions, the customer will receive instructions for scheduling meetings. For digital products and services, the customer needs an internet connection and a device with a web browser (e.g., Firefox). For coaching sessions, the customer needs an internet connection and a service for remote meetings, as specified in the service description.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary device and internet connection to access the purchased product or service.

The delivery time for digital products and services is usually within 48 hours. Some products have a specified start time, in which case, for example, the login details for the service may be provided after the order confirmation, and the service will be available at a later specified time. Certain products and services have an expiration date or a duration of validity, after which the service will no longer be available. Subscription-based membership products are delivered monthly until the customer cancels the subscription, or a payment fails.

Services are available 24/7, but due to digital systems, there may be minor technical delays or interruptions. The online store is not responsible for the availability of the service, except to the extent that it can influence the delivery of electronic services. The online store is not responsible for the buyer’s technical problems, device deficiencies, or guidance on device usage.

Returns

Digital products and services are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the product information, as digital products and services are usually delivered immediately after the order (within 48 hours). If the product or service is not available immediately after the order, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, but before downloading the product or service. Refunds will be credited to the customer’s account. The customer must always contact the online store to arrange returns. The online store does not charge for returns. Returns and cancellations must be agreed upon with the online store.

Canceling a Subscription-Based Membership

The customer can cancel the subscription-based membership by either canceling their subscription or updating their profile on Payhip. Each email sent to the customer through the membership includes links to facilitate this process independently. The customer is responsible for canceling the subscription order.

Conflict Resolution

In case of any complaints or disputes, please contact our customer service. Such cases will primarily be resolved between the online store and the customer. The customer has the right to refer disputes to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes or online dispute resolution (ODR) platforms as provided for under EU regulations. The customer is obligated to read and understand the terms and conditions before placing an order. Placing an order is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary devices and internet connections to receive the products and services.
