General

The online store sells products and services to individual consumers.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of orders and deliveries as well as prices. All prices of the products include value-added tax. All prices are in euros.

Ordering

Products are ordered through the website by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the purchase at the online store’s checkout. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions as well as the prices of the products. When placing an order, the customer must provide an email address to which the order confirmation will be sent. The order confirmation will include the ordered products and the price.

Payment

Digital products and monthly coaching subscriptions are sold through a platform provided by Payhip or kit.com, where payment transactions are processed by Stripe Payments Europe. For purchases made through Payhip or kit.com, Stripe Payments Europe acts as the payment intermediary, supervised by the Central Bank of Ireland. Stripe Payments Europe accepts major credit cards as payment methods. Upon purchase, you will automatically receive a receipt from Stripe Payments Europe Limited.

Single coaching sessions are purchased directly through Calendly, where the customer selects the session time at the point of payment. Payment transactions are also processed by Stripe Payments Europe. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation and receipt directly from Calendly.

The contract is formed between the customer and the online store. It is the responsibility of the online store to deliver the products and services within the framework of these terms and conditions.

Payment Methods

Digital products and monthly coaching subscriptions are purchased via Payhip or kit.com. Single coaching sessions are purchased directly via Calendly. All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Limited, and major credit cards are accepted.

Delivery

Digital products and services can be purchased from the online store. Digital products include e-books and workbooks in e-book format. In the online store provided by Payhip or kit.com, products are delivered directly to the customer’s email.
 
Digital services include webinars, individual coaching sessions, and online courses. When purchasing a webinar, the customer will receive a link to access the online material. When purchasing an online course, the customer will receive either login information for the online course platform, a link to access the online material, or material is provided via email.
 
Prework tools for coaching programs are delivered via Tally (tally.so), a form platform registered in Belgium. When purchasing a monthly coaching subscription, the customer will receive a Calendly booking link to schedule their sessions. When purchasing a single coaching session directly via Calendly, the customer selects the session time at the point of payment and no separate booking link is required.
 
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary device and internet connection to access the purchased product or service. For coaching sessions, the customer needs an internet connection and Zoom.
 
The delivery time for digital products and services is usually within 48 hours. Subscriptionbased membership products are delivered monthly until the customer cancels the subscription or a payment fails.
 
Services are available 24/7, but due to digital systems, there may be minor technical delays or interruptions. The online store is not responsible for the availability of the service, except to the extent that it can influence the delivery of electronic services. The online store is not responsible for the buyer’s technical problems, device deficiencies, or guidance on device usage.

 

Returns

Digital products and services are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the product information, as digital products and services are usually delivered immediately after the order (within 48 hours). If the product or service is not available immediately after the order, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, but before downloading the product or service. Refunds will be credited to the customer’s account. The customer must always contact the online store to arrange returns. The online store does not charge for returns. Returns and cancellations must be agreed upon with the online store.

Refunding Coaching Payments

Coaching payments are non-refundable. For monthly coaching subscriptions, the customer will receive a Calendly booking link after payment to schedule their sessions. For single sessions purchased directly via Calendly, the session time is selected at the point of payment. Any booked session must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to be rebooked. Refunds or credits will not be issued for coaching payments made. The coach may consider exceptions under special circumstances. The From Frustration to Promotion 4- week intensive is non-refundable. Payment secures your spot in the program. If the first six spots in the current round are taken, you will be placed in the next available round at the same locked price.

Cancelling Coaching

The coaching program has a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial 3-month period, coaching continues on a rolling monthly basis. The customer can cancel at any time by ending their Payhip subscription. No advance notice is required. The From Frustration to Promotion 4-week intensive has no cancellation or refund option once payment is completed. Individual sessions within the intensive must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be forfeited. Missed sessions without prior cancellation will not be rescheduled as a general rule, though the coach may consider exceptions at their own discretion. The intensive is exclusively focused on work-related frustration. Sessions will not be used to address unrelated topics or issues outside the scope of this program.

Cancelling a Subscription-Based Membership

The customer can cancel a subscription-based membership by cancelling their subscription or updating their profile on Payhip. Each email sent to the customer through the membership includes links to facilitate this process independently. The customer is responsible for cancelling the subscription.

Conflict Resolution

In case of any complaints or disputes, please contact our customer service. Such cases will primarily be resolved between the online store and the customer. The customer has the right to refer disputes to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes or online dispute resolution (ODR) platforms as provided for under EU regulations. The customer is obligated to read and understand the terms and conditions before completing a purchase. Completing a purchase is considered acceptance of the terms and conditions. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary devices and internet connections to receive the products and services.
